Counselling toward change may be a surrendering to accept a new situation you find yourself in, if it is beyond your control. It may simply involve talking, exploring, releasing your pain and your past, to make space for a new beginning. We may spend time exploring possibilities, tasting new scenarios, and daring to dream in full colour! We can also define a practical action for yourself, whether reflection, jounalling, meditating, applying yoga movements with awareness or relaxing with focussed breathing in order to accumulate more and more health advantages over time.
